Most of the transmission power of a lift-up flaps book wholesale press is used to drive the ink delivery device. On the ink delivery device, when the ink is separated, the mechanical energy becomes heat when the elastic roller is rolled and the ink roller moves back and forth. Therefore, people try to use circulating water to make the ink roller and the ink bucket roller constant temperature, and try to discharge this heat from the source point. This circulating water is held in the central tank and is partly also tuned to the required temperature in the lower unit included with the lift-up flaps book wholesale printing unit. It is best to use full constant temperature (cooling and heating) so that the ink delivery unit can reach the standard operating temperature before starting the lift-up flaps book wholesale printing.

Up to now, there are three schemes for adjusting the temperature of the ink-delivery device, which are compared in this paper. The three schemes differ by measuring temperature as a regulated quantity at different locations:

1) The adjustment quantity is the surface temperature of each ink delivery device.

2) The adjustment amount is the water temperature injected into the ink roller constant temperature in the ink delivery device.

3) The amount of regulation is the water temperature in the central tank of the thermostat.

· Oil cooling

Although the thermal power generated on the transmission mechanism and bearing on the transmission side of the offset press is relatively small, it will cause the side parts to heat up due to the possibility of discharge. High temperatures of about 60~C can be felt where the transmission side parts are not protected by the shield, which has an adverse effect on the temperature uniformity of the entire machine face width. The function of oil cooling is to keep the temperature of the side parts from rising above the hand temperature.

· Lubricated liquid cooling

So-called water film or alcohol wetting devices are usually supplied with a cooled water solution at a temperature of about 10 ° C. On the whole, the liquid cooling has little effect on the heat dissipation of the offset press. However, keeping the low temperature of the lubricant is conducive to reducing the evaporation of alcohol in the mixing tank and the water conveyer, and improving the viscosity of the lubricant.
